The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) opened to the public a belen in the gallery of the Casa Gorordo Museum last Dec. 15.

The belen features the antique figurine collection of the Casa Gorordo Museum. It does not only show the Nativity scene but also other significant events that happened before and after the birth of Jesus, such as the Annunciation and the Finding of Jesus in the Temple.

Msgr. Cris Garcia, founder and spiritual director of the Society of the Angel of Peace, blessed and opened the belen.

The belen, a Filipino term derived from the Spanish word for Bethlehem, is a three-dimensional art depiction of the nativity scene of Jesus Christ. It could be a crib or tableau that represents the infant Jesus in the manger surrounded by Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and their flock, and the Three Wise Men.

“The belen in the Casa Gorordo Museum is a manifestation of RAFI’s promise to carry on the house traditions of the Gorordo family,” Dr. Jocelyn Gerra, executive director of the Culture & Heritage unit of RAFI, said.
The Casa Gorordo Museum is the 19th century residence of the first Cebuano Bishop Juan Garces Gorordo. Every year, the Gorordo family would put up the belen as one way of celebrating Christmas.

When RAFI obtained the Casa Gorordo Museum, the Foundation pledged to continue this as well as other house traditions, such as Sinug sa Casa Gorordo where the original sinug dance is rendered as an offering to the Holy Child and to the souls the day after the Feast of the Sto. Niño; Semana Santa; and Pista ni San Juan. Through these house traditions, preserved century-old images and caros are showcased and used in processions.

The opening of the belen is timed with the 27th anniversary of the opening of the Casa Gorordo Museum. It was first opened on Dec. 15, 1983. Showcasing 19th and 20th century Philippine lifestyle and architecture of the period, it was recognized as a national historical landmark by the National Historical Institute in 1991.

The belen is open to the public until the end of January.

A. Form a team of five (5) members under one of the following categories:
• Generation A : 17-20 years old
• Generation B : 12-16 years old

B. Accomplish the following:

Team requirements
1. Completed team application form (YMA Application Form 01)
2. Letter of recommendation and support from any of the following: school, barangay, office/organization, church, or whatever group the team is representing indicating their willingness and commitment to monitor the team and ensure that they abide by the rules and comply with the requirements of YMA.
3. A Team Accountability Partner who shall serve as a team partner, ensuring and monitoring the team’s compliance in YMA requirements.

Individual Requirements
1. Completed individual application form (YMA Application Form 02)
2. Completed medical review and release of liability form (YMA Application Form 03)
3. Certified true copy of birth certificate
4. An essay on “What citizenship means to me” in no more than 300 words (Arial, 11, double spaced, short bond paper)
5. A fee of Php 500* to be paid on the following installments:
• Php 300 upon taking the qualifying exams (first screening)
• Php 200 upon covenant signing (final admission to the Academy)
(*Actual cost of the program is around Php30,000 per scholar. RAFI will shoulder Php25,000 while City Savings Bank and UnionBank will shoulder Php4,500 per scholar).

The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) conducted a medical mission and relief distribution in Barangay Sambag Uno last Oct. 28 to assist the victims of the Oct. 4 fire that razed almost 90 houses and left more than 100 families homeless.

The medical mission served a total of 179 patients, 94 of whom are children. The fire victims were able to avail of the free medical consultations and medicines.

Dr. Edward delos Reyes, one of the volunteer doctors, found that the common illnesses are cough and colds for children and hypertension among the adults.

Ninety-four hygiene kits containing soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other hygiene essentials were also distributed to the families who were victims of the fire.

Around 200 hygiene kits were also distributed by RAFI last Nov. 23 for the families of Duljo Fatima who became victims of the fire that hit their barangay last Nov. 1. The fire burned down 80 houses, leaving almost 200 families homeless.

Medical mission and relief distribution for victims of calamities in Cebu City are among the community extension services of RAFI, through the collaborative efforts of the Office of Humanitarian Relations and Services, Eduardo J. Aboitiz Cancer Center, and Dolores Aboitiz Children’s Fund.

The Opening and Blessing of the Belen happened last Dec. 15, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Casa Gorordo Museum, Lopez Jaena St., Cebu City. Msgr. Cris Garcia, founder and spiritual director of the Society of the Angel of Peace, opened and blessed the Belen, which features the antique figurine collection of the Casa Gorordo Museum.


The Belen in the Casa Gorordo Museum, organized by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) in collaboration with Msgr. Cris Garcia, does not only feature the Nativity Scene but also other significant events that happened before and after the birth of Jesus, such as the Annunciation and the Finding of Jesus in the Temple.


The Belen occupies half of the gallery of the Casa Gorordo Museum. It is a manifestation of RAFI's promise to carry on the traditions of the Gorordo Family who once lived in the museum.


The opening and blessing of the Belen is also timed with the 27th anniversary of the opening of the Casa Gorordo Museum. The museum was opened in Dec. 15, 1983.

The 2010 Youth Statistics released by the National Youth Commission reveals that 27.83 million or around 30% of Filipinos are youth aged 15 to 30 years old. This estimate indicates that a considerable portion of the population is composed of young people who, when given the right training and opportunity, can be promising assets of the country.

The strong concern and involvement displayed by the youth in the recent national election, for example, showed their desire for genuine change and their willingness to contribute to that change. This and the growing number of other youth-oriented, youth-led and youth-supported initiatives in the country suggest a significant degree of social consciousness and vigilance among young citizens today, and the increasing recognition by society of their crucial role in nation-building.

In order to strengthen the involvement of the youth in social development, the Emerging Pinoy Leaders Congress will be conducted on December 18-19, 2010 at Genesis Valley, Cabangahan, Consolacion, Cebu. The Congress will bring together young people from various sectors of society in Cebu to further promote active citizenship, identify shared goals, and foster collaboration towards youth and community development. This is done through knowledge sharing, adventure-based experiential learning approaches, and discussion forums.

The Congress is convened by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) and the Aboitiz Leaders of Excellence (ALEx), an organization composed of graduates from the youth programs of RAFI, namely, the Young Minds Academy, Young Minds on Xplore and Kool Adventure Camp. ALEx envisions a pool of proactive youth leaders initiating efforts and advocating change towards nation building by empowering, educating and engaging young people as contributors and advocates for social development.

RAFI, through the Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center (EADSC), guides, supports and provides assistance to ALEx in organizing the Congress. RAFI, being an Architect of Change, aims to elevate the lives of others through a comprehensive approach that champions best practices in community development. Other partners will also be tapped to contribute in various parts and requirements of the program.

To continuously share the inspiring stories of the awardees and finalists of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) Triennial Awards to the public, RAFI conducted a public exposure and post awards engagement program in Davao last Nov. 20-23.

The program was composed of the RAFI Triennial Awards Xchange Series 7, a face-to-face encounter between and among the awardees, finalists, and other participants to increase awareness and understanding of the advocacies of the laureates through learning visits; 3rd Circle of Laureates Conference, which gathers the laureates to consolidate and plan their initiatives in the next three years; and 2nd Leaders of Change Forum where the laureates showcased to the public the various programs and projects they have implemented.

The laureates and some youth scholars from RAFI visited the Institute of Primary Health Care, Maharlika Foundation, Philippine Eagle Foundation, Malagos Garden Resort, Mrs. Soledad Duterte, Boystown Davao, Visayan Forum Foundation Inc., and Mindanao Baptist Rural Life Center.

During their exclusive conference, the laureates drew up plans for their group, such as exploring more partnerships within and outside their circle and initiating a social movement.
The 2nd Leaders of Change Forum was held in Ateneo de Davao University where sessions on leadership, innovation, teamwork, team play, and engaging the successor generation were provided, bringing about awareness and inspiration from applied principles and approaches and paving the way for collaborating in future initiatives between the laureates and the different stakeholders in Mindanao.

Among the many individuals and institutions from the Circle of Laureates who participated in the public exposure and post awards engagement program include Upi, Maguindanao former mayor and incumbent vice mayor Ramon Piang Sr., Domingo Tadena, Brokenshire Integrated Health Ministries Inc., Institute of Primary Health Care, Glicerio P. Lucrecia, SOS Children’s Village Calbayog, and Edilberto Lantaca, Jr.

The RAFI Triennial Awards was created in 1996 to give recognition to individuals and institutions in the Visayas and Mindanao who make significant contributions to social development. It is one of the capabilities of RAFI in its comprehensive approach to elevating lives and communities. Its other capabilities include Grants, Institutional Planning & Development, Knowledge Sharing & Advocacy, and Services & Facilities.

“Triple Dare,” PR practitioner Mia Buenaventura’s version, shows Pier Roxas involved in a dare that gets out-of-hand as he wanders around Manila and into the lives of odd personalities. This short film is shot in a mockumentary format.

From Dr. Cyrus Pasamba and nurse Glynis Lee, the suspense-comedy “Hypno-Pier” is about a model, Pierre Quijano, who was recruited by a terrorist group through a Chinese hypnotist to bomb a visiting US aircraft carrier. But the plan didn’t go as smoothly as planned as Agent Pier Roxas prematurely snaps out of his hypnotic trance by a series of unfortunate events.

Multimedia arts student DK Codera’s “F8” shows Pier Roxas dying and re-living the last few days of his life and being visited by the three faces of death who will show him where he’s truly going.

“Blue Pill” from IT professional Andrei Guarin is about Pier Roxas who participated in a brain-related scientific experiment that went wrong, setting off Pier to uncover the mystery behind the days lost.

English teacher Albert Torralba’s “Covert Ops” is a mystery, thriller, espionage, comedy and romance all rolled into one. It tells the story of Agent P (Pier Roxas) who was assigned with another agent for a reconnaissance mission.

“Phobia” from magazine editor Paul Pineda narrates how Pier Roxas’ moves forward and refuses to accept his fate.

Nurse Juanita Bantay’s “Behind the Scene” is described as a feel-good short film that will make viewers laugh and enjoy as they watch Pier Roxas go through a series of events to help him remember the events of the past 8 days.

These 8 films aim to help Pier Roxas bring back his memory in HD with the Nokia N8. The Nokia N8 is the first in the series of smartphones based on the new Symbian software and designed to bring a familiar, faster, and more intuitive user experience. It allows users create high-quality photos and shoot HD-quality videos in supreme clarity with its 12MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, while also allowing them to edit photos and videos on-screen.

The finalists were each given the chance to shoot their own versions of the Pier Roxas story based on the following clues: He was found on a pier along Roxas Boulevard, he has a facial bruise, a lipstick smudge on his collar, an unfamiliar key, a parking ticket, and a Smart Gold SIM. Pier’s wallet is missing but he still has his Nokia N8 with no contacts.

The film entries will be judged according to the following criteria: Creative Storytelling – 30%; Adherence to the theme – 30%; Execution – 30%; and Audience Impact – 10%. The judges who will have the difficult job of choosing the story that perfectly fits the puzzle in Pier Roxas’s life are Directors Paul Soriano, Director Pepe Diokno and Lilit Reyes.

The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) partnered with 14 individuals and institutions in restoring the Philippine’s biodiversity through the Generation, REdemption, and Expansion of Natural resources INitiatives in the Philippines (GREENIN Philippines) Program of RAFI.

The partnership was sealed through a formal Memorandum of Agreement Signing held at the Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center last Nov. 19.

The agreement was signed by RAFI President Roberto Aboitiz and representatives from the 14 partner individuals and institutions. They include AboitizLand, Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa, Aboitiz Leaders of Excellence, Cebu Association of Biology Students, Cebu Bloggers Society, Cebu Mountaineering Society, DELSAN Office System Corp., Saint Scholastica Academy, University of the Visayas-College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Visayas-College of Pharmacy, land owners Rudy Chua and Ramon Vidal, wild life expert Mr. Nilo Arribas, and environment advocate Mr. John Kiener.

Under the agreement, the partners will collaborate with and support RAFI by adopting the GREENIN Philippines Program; serve as the program champions by cascading program framework to its affiliates and subsidiaries located in different parts of the country; and plan and implement the program in accordance with the GREENIN Philippines Manual of Operations as well as undergo a comprehensive capability building program in the implementation and management of the program.

For its part, RAFI will serve as program integrator and process holder; closely coordinate with the partner in the planning and implementation of the program in accordance with the Manual of Operations of the GREENIN Philippines Program; facilitate the transfer of program technologies, systems and capacities to program partners or implementers; provide the partners with the necessary data and information required in program implementation; provide the necessary technical support to the partners in the implementation of the GREENIN Philippines Program; and keep the partners updated of the program status and developments by furnishing program reports regularly.

The GREENIN Philippines Program aims to rehabilitate and maintain the environment by collaborating with various institutions and businesses that promote the protection and rehabilitation of the environment by using native tree species.

The GREENIN Philippines Program is anchored on the lessons and insights gained from years of undertaking sound and viable environmental interventions. It is designed to enhance and maintain environmental integrity by restoring biodiversity. It seeks to develop, protect, enhance and co-manage denuded forestlands, brushlands and degraded residual natural forests and even private lots.

The reforestation component of GREENIN’ Philippines deviates from the traditional tree planting activities in the country and will develop real forests in critical areas like watersheds and denuded forestlands.

Stakeholders and partners will be equipped with appropriate knowledge and skills to be able to manage program implementation. Post-planting activities such as weeding, watering, applying fertilizer to the seedlings, and monitoring of the tree plantations will be performed to ensure the survival of the trees.

The GREENIN’ Philippines Program is one of the programs under RAFI’s integrated development focus area, one of the five key areas in RAFI’s comprehensive approach to elevating lives and communities. Its other focus areas are Micro-finance & Entrepreneurship, Culture & Heritage, Leadership & Citizenship, and Education.

Fifteen-year-old Eula Caballero of Cebu was proclaimed as Star Factor’s Brightest Star in the grand finals of TV5’s first-ever star search held live at the Ynares Sports Arena last December 5.

Emerging as the best among the 18 Star Hopefuls who all vied for the title of Brightest Star when Star Factor first aired three months ago, Eula bagged the grand prize package of P1 M cash (tax free), a P1 M management contract with Talent5, a 4-year college scholarship from AMA Educational System, and a 3-bedroom, 2-storey house and lot from Moldex Realty.

It was fortunate that Eula made a last-minute decision to push through with the Star Factor auditions at the SM Cebu Event Center on August 7 this year. “I almost decided not to go because I felt so tired and had a fever and a cold that day. Besides, my mom wasn’t around and I was beginning to think that it was not worth going at all. It’s a good thing my sister stayed and told me she would go with me if ever I wanted to go to the auditions. I decided to go at the last minute even though I wasn’t feeling well, and all because I felt obliged to go because my sister already sacrificed her time for me. I wasn’t prepared when I faced the judges and I just danced freestyle. I thought I didn’t make it because the judges were laughing. I thought I looked awkward with my dance,” Eula shared.

Eula had always been praised for her exceptional beauty and dramatic potential by the Star Makers, Star Factor’s distinguished panel of judges comprised of Talent5 head Audie Gemora, writer-director Joey Reyes, music maestro Ryan Cayabyab, ace photographer Raymund Isaac, and popular star builder Annabelle Rama. Throughout Star Factor’s three-month run, Eula further improved on her craft and bloomed into what most people call “leading lady material.”

During the grand finals, Eula did a dance interpretation of Evanescence’s “Bring Me to Life” where she showcased her dramatic brilliance and outstanding depth of emotions. She bested her fellow grand finalists Morisette Amon, Christian Samson, and Ritz Alzul.

According to Perci Intalan, TV5 head of Creatives and Entertainment Production, the network has big plans for its first Star Factor winner. Eula will soon sign up with Talent5, TV5’s talent management and development division headed by Star Maker Audie Gemora.

With all the plans in the pipeline for Eula Caballero, there is no doubt that she will soon join the ranks of TV5’s biggest and brightest stars.

Azkals Philippine Football Team shocks Vietnam, 2-0, in AFF Suzuki Cup. What makes it shocking is that it is the biggest win in Philippine football history, the Philippines shocked defending champion and host Vietnam, 2-0, Sunday night in the AFF Suzuki Cup in Hanoi, a major upset that shook up the team standings and placed the hosts in danger of being eliminated.

Being a Football/Soccer Guy, it is a very interesting news and development for a country where football has played second fiddle, or no notice at all. Football in the Philippines have to go against basketball, billiards, boxing, and other prominent sports.

The world if not our neighbors regarded our team as among the weakest in Southeast Asia. The Azkals had to scrape through a qualifying tournament where they drew with Cambodia and Laos, results that were already something of a minor miracle.

They came to Hanoi with very low expectations against a field that included regional powerhouses Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Right in their very first game, though, the team, short on talent but long on grit and determination, served notice that this was a different Philippine team competing, going toe to toe with favored Singapore before finally conceding a goal in the 65th minute. It appeared a loss was imminent until Greatwich struck in the very last minute of injury time.

That draw with Singapore, a team loaded with several naturalized players from Europe and Africa, was the talk of the tournament and was already considered a major achievement for the Philippines. No one among the 30,000 or so Vietnamese spectators in the stadium expected any trouble from the Azkals.

The NGO that won the BBC World Challenge was from the Philippines, specifically from Bacolod City. The local Philippine nongovernment organization won the top prize at the BBC World Challenge 2010 for its perfected model of a hydraulic ram pump that has brought water to remote villages in the Philippines and other parts of the world.

The Alternative Indigenous Development Foundation Inc. (AIDFI) based in Barangay (village) Mansilingan, Bacolod City, won the top prize of US$20,000, according to Hazel Stuart, a British national based in Bacolod City.

The awarding ceremonies for BBC's World Challenge was held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on Monday. Auke Idzenga of AIDFI won the whole thing out of 800 projects worldwide. It got down to 60, then 12, then the final three. What an amazing achievement for our Philippine NGO!

About World Challenge:

Now on its sixth year, the BBC World Challenge is a global competition aimed at finding projects or small businesses from around the world that have shown enterprise and innovation at grassroots level.

Last November 18, AIDFI's entry "Running Water Uphill" also won the Community Initiative Award of the Energy Institute Awards held in London.

AIDFI has so far installed 170 ram pumps for about 50,000 beneficiaries. The AIDFI program centers around the locally perfected model of the old hydraulic ram pump, a device that can pump water to very high elevations without the use of electricity or fuel.

DEVOTEES of Saint John Bosco and the general public will have the chance of becoming part of a planned commemorative book on the pilgrimage of his relic in Negros and Cebu starting December 5 to 23, 2010 by taking relevant pictures on the visit and posting it on a Facebook page.

The relic is scheduled to arrive at the Bacolod-Silay Airport on a special flight on December 5 and brought around Negros Island until December 11 before it will sail on a chartered boat to Santander, Cebu early morning on December 12, 2010. After staying in Cebu for a week, it will be flown to Metro Manila for the northern leg of the relic’s Philippine pilgrimage.

The Philippine pilgrimage is part of the world tour of the relic that began in April 2009 in time for the 150th anniversary of the formation of the Salesians of Don Bosco or SDB. Designed to promote the saint’s work especially for the youth, it is part of the preparations for the celebration of the 200th birth anniversary of Saint John Bosco on 2015.

The commemorative book shall contain information about Saint John Bosco and his works, the pilgrimage of his relic, and a photo gallery of pictures taken by a special team headed by Fr. Fidel Orendain SDB that will accompany the relic starting with the arrival in Silay City until it leaves Cebu City.

PRworks Inc., which has committed itself to undertake the production of the book, is giving devotees and the general public the opportunity to contribute photographs for the pilgrimage commemorative book, said the agency’s managing director Doris Mongaya. Mongaya explained that one can contribute photos for the book by:

1. Going online and searching the Facebook page “Saint John Bosco relic pilgrimage (Negros-Cebu) Photos” and click like.

2. Upload your photos on the Wall. Include relevant information like your full name, contact info, place where the photo was taken, and some background description so we will know the context of the pictures you have posted. Note that the page administrators shall have the authority to delete irrelevant and inappropriate photographs and block those doing so.

3. A team of select photo-journalists shall choose the best 10 photographs posted. These 10 best photographs shall be included in the commemorative book and the ones who took them shall have the privilege of getting a free copy of the book after it is published.

4. The general public shall also have the opportunity to select the photographs they like. The top 10 photographs with most likes shall also be included in the commemorative book and the ones who took them shall have the privilege of getting a free copy of the book after it is published.
5. PRworks is now looking for possible sponsors for prizes for those chosen as the best contributed photograph and another for the photograph with most likes.

“The pilgrimage of the relic of Saint John Bosco is a one in a lifetime event that we intend to preserve. We are excited that today’s technology has provided us with a way to tap public participation for the making of a great commemorative book,” said Mongaya.

The Kanser-Skwela Launch and Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc. Cebu 18th Founding Anniversary last November 29, 2010 at the Chateau de Busay, Cebu City, Philippines.

On its 18th year, Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc. jsut recently launched Kanser-Skwela, a home-based alternative learning system for children with cancer specifically those with leukemia. Children who were forced to stop their studies because of chemotherapy for cancer are given hope with the launching of Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc.-Cebu's "Kanser-Skwela".

The Foundation has currently 57 children, 29 of whom are cured and 28 are still on chemotherapy. Of the 28 children on treatment, 15 don’t have formal education and 7 had to quit school as they undergo the rigors of chemotherapy.

The foundation's program is conducted in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) and aimed at providing education to children with cancer who have to drop out of the formal educational system.

Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko (I am my brother’s keeper) is a public service program aired every Saturday morning from 6:00am–6:30am by GMA7 Network. The show is recognized as the longest-running public service program in Philippine television.

Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko was originally broadcasted and was launched on GMA7 Network on December 1, 1975, by its original hosts, Rosa Rosal (Philippine National Red Cross Governor), Hon. Orly Mercado PhD (later Senator and Department of National Defense Secretary), at GMA network. Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko advocacy is helping thousands of indigent patients, in the entire country, and now mostly around Metro Manila, all of whom are in urgent need for medications, and even, surgical operations.

Cebu City Councilor Margot Osmeña, president of the foundation, said it has been a wonderful journey for the foundation when one looks back at its achievements since they started 1992. She said that it is not going to be possible without the help of all the volunteers. She hopesfor the cooperation and continuous support, blessings, from the local governments of the city and province, the foundation will be able to help more children.

Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama was also present in the event and said: "We have a gift of life, don't waste it, share it, show your care, and show your love. You don't exist alone, we exist with each other. If the reward is not here, for sure it's up there."

RAFU, ADDU, Brokenshire and partners just recently held the 2nd Leaders of Change Forum for the public last November 23, 2010 at the Ateneo de Davao University, Roxas Avenue, Davao City.

The RAFI Triennial Awards 2nd Leaders of Change Forum is part of the RAFI Triennials Public Exposure and post awards engagement program that provides a venue for the RAFI Triennial Awards laureates to share their inspiring stories and works through public fora, conferences and learning visits.

The Forum provided sessions on leadership, innovation, teamwork, team play and engaging the successor generation, bringing about awareness and inspiration from applied principles and approaches and paving the way for collaboration in future initiatives between the laureates and the different stakeholders in Mindanao.

The event was graced by Davao City mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio; Fr. Antonio Samson, Ateneo de Davao university president and Evelyn Nacario-Castro, executive director of the Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center of RAFI.

RAFI Triennial Awards Laureates from the Visayas and Mindanao also joined the forum, which tackled topics on valuing teamwork, and the like. The RAFI Triennial Awards is the premier service and humanitarian award in the Visayas and Mindanao that recognize philanthropic, humanitarian, and holistic efforts of individuals and institutions in enhancing the quality of life of various groups and communities.

The RAFI Triennial Awards was created in 1996 to give recognition to individuals and institutions in the Visayas and Mindanao who make significant contributions to social development. Beyond the recognition, RAFI believes that the work of the finalists and awardees should be documented and their inspiring stories continuously shared. Hence, RAFI initiated the RAFI Triennials Public Exposure and post awards engagement program, including the RAFI Triennial Awards 2nd Leaders of Change Forum.

The forum was organized in partnership with the Ateneo de Davao university through its Political Science and History Program under the Social Sciences and Education Division and the School of Arts and Sciences; Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Aggham Pulitika ng Ateneo; Brokenshire Integrated Health Ministries Inc.; Institute of Primary Health Care; and Davao Light and Power Co.
