Globe Business key in client shift to IPv6 technology

Key officials from Globe Business have confirmed that it has enabled more of its clients to adopt Internet Protocol version 6, or IPv6, as its core network now currently supports this new IP addressing scheme. This advancement has enabled its customers to access both IPv6 and IPv4 websites.
“IPv6 is generally considered as the ‘next-generation IP,’ with its 128-bit address space supporting 4 billion times more space online to accommodate growing number of users. With this advancement, the Internet will be able to support more users and devices with wireless or wired access and web services, ultimately benefitting our corporate clients,” says Vincent Atienza, senior product manager for Globe Business Core Internet.
He added that “with this advancement in IPv6 technology, Globe Business ensures business continuity and seamless connectivity to Internet users and its enterprise clientele.”
