The Filipino Blogosphere: Political Expression, Communication, and participation, A dissemination Forum will be on March 5, 2011, 3:00PM onwards, at Don Merto's Restaurant, 94 Juana Osmeña St., Cebu City. The dissemination forum on the Filipino Blogosphere is organized by the Strengthening ICTD Research Capacity in Asia (SIRCA) and Center for Research and Communication of the University of Asia and the Pacific.
The dissemination forum entitled "The Filipino Blogosphere: Political Expression, Communication and Participation." will be a graced by the presence of Atty. Ethelbert Ouano with the Research presentation shown by SIRCA. Expected participants are people from the NGOs and from the academe.
