There will be a BF – TSEK Photography Competition 2011 by the National Nutrition Council Region 7, in line with the Nutrition Month 2011 this July!

MECHANICS:

Eligibility
• There will be two categories for the contest: one for the amateur and one for professional photographers
• The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers
• To avoid infringing the rights of any third party amateur contestants will take pictures at a specified place and date. This will be done at Baranngay Talamban, Cebu City at around 2 o clock in the afternoon. Breastfeeding mothers within the community would be the subjects of the photo.
• Photos must depict the theme “Isulong ang BREASTFEEDING: Tama, Sapat at EKsklusibo”
• Participants may use any digital or film-based camera. Entries must be printed in full colour on any brand of photo paper in 8R size (8 inches x 10 inches)
• There should 3 main photos per photo entry & no other additional inserted photos or collages.
• Digital retouching should not be used. Cropping of picture may be imployed.
• Creative effects done within the camera at the time of exposure e.g. multiple exposures, flash fill, lighting, filtration, etc. are allowed.
• The placement of identifying marks, such as names, addresses or any sign to insinuate
information about the owner of the entry is strictly prohibited.

Submission of Entries
• Each entry should be submitted in an envelope with a BF- TSEK Photo Competition entry form in triplicate (one copy attached to the photograph, one for the receiving staff, and one copy for the photographer-entrant).
