Top notch and successful young restaurant owners reveal their best restaurant management secrets as Dine Philippines 2011-Young Restaurateurs Summit rolls to its second part of conference series at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino on July 22, 2011.

Restaurant management strategies and culinary best practices will be shared by Inez Reyes, President of the Reyes Barbeque, the creative branding concepts of Red Crab Managing Director, Raymund Magdaluyo, the sophisticated and modern restaurant styles of Zong Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Tiu and the unique restaurant business strategies of Alvin Lim, President of Serye Café Filipino.
