What can go wrong when traffic solutions are prepared and carefully studied? What is wrong with providing 3,000 jobs to our fellow Cebuanos? What is wrong with connecting ourselves with the rich heritage our Cebuano past has to offer? What is wrong with attracting more tourists to our beloved Cebu?
