There will be an upcoming Effective ASP.net training by CEDF-IT in Cebu. The ASP.net training will be in CEDF-IT Training Room, Asiatown IT Park, Apas, Cebu City; 9:00am–5:00pm on September 28-30, 2011 (Wednesday to Friday). If you wanna learn more about ASP.net, then this is the best time for you!
This training covers everything from using ASP.net web controls, installing and configuring Visual Web Developer 2008 and SQL Server 2008 Express, to creating web from pages. This training is designed to give beginning and intermediate developers hands-on experience on ASP.net. The participants must bring their own laptop.
Effective ASP.net training is designed for web and application developers who want to build dynamic and database-enabled web sites. In effective ASP.net training, tools needed to build and deploy a dynamic site using ASP.net 3.5 are demonstrated. The training covers everything from using ASP.net web controls, installing and configuring Visual Web Developer 2008 and SQL Server 2008 Express, to creating web from pages. This training is designed to give beginning and intermediate developers hands-on experience on ASP.net.

· Managing data with SQL Server 2008
· Using the ASP.net controls to present and edit dynamic data
· Creating a data entry system
· Attaching external CSS files
· Creating pages to log in and authenticate visitors
· Installing Internet Information Services on Windows
· Deploying an ASP.net web site on IIS
Training Requirements:
This training requires computers that are installed with:
1. Windows based computer
-Windows 7
-Windows Vista Home Premium or higher
-Windows XP SP2 or higher
2. Visual Web Developer 2008 Express (installation during training)
3. SQL Server 2008 Express with Management Tools (installation during training)
Participants should have some essential knowledge of the following:
-HTML / XHTML
-Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
-Basic Programming
-Structured Query Language (SQL)
