“Team Synergy” training for the Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu top executives

The Kool Adventure Camp’s (KAC) Professional Development Program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. conducted a two-day, two-night “Team Synergy” training for the Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu top executives last Jan. 27-29.
The training was geared towards enhancing the culture and the brand of the Radisson Blue Hotel through different leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making activities as well as through the Challenge Ropes Course at KAC.
The participants were able to build self-confidence, team awareness, and agreed values and boost team performance and competence in areas of service delivery.
