Citta Di Mare is a South Road Properties (SRP) project or joint venture project of the Cebu City Government and Filinvest for Cebuanos and Filipinos abroad who are deciding to settle in. This project is the biggest development happening in Cebu and 3rd for the whole country of the Philippines. Citta di Mare, literally the “City by the Sea”, makes resort living a way of life with a waterfront lifestyle strip and themed residential resorts inspired by some of the world’s best destinations.
