Dr. Greg Tangoan will talk about the COMSTE (Congressional Commission on Science and Technology and Engineering) vision and the multi-stakeholder work of Ateneo Innovation Center (AIC) in facing up to the challenge of global competitiveness and how best this practice can be replicated.
